Where there are unavailable links to potentially copyright-infringing material, it is not and has not been available from this site- it is most likely a link from the CD-ROM version of this site (created as part of a University project, November 1999-February 2000), which was for personal use within the University's broadcast licences and did not infringe any relevant laws.
